2:30 emergenc joint health , metamucil, creatine, bcaa, glutamine, centrum
3:00 whey/casein with skim milk
5:00 12 nuggets
6:00 1 orange and 15 almonds
7:00 steak with beans and brocolli
9:00 steak with brocolli, 5 strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries
