Intermittent Fasting

I started IF(intermittent fasting) 2 weeks ago. I was skeptical at first because it was so different than what I was used to. So far the results have been great:

- Set a personal record on deadlift(305)
- I have more energy and focus throughout the day
- I dont have to obsess about eating every 2 hours

I'll keep you posted
