Fooood!!

1st meal today
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 slices of turkey, 20oz milk 2%

Next up: baked chicken strips, spring mix, baby spinach, cottage cheese, and some almonds

Later: plum, Greek yogurt and blueberries, milk-skim, chicken, fresh whole vegetables
